Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join Al Rajhi For Furniture Solutions. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our comprehensive interior solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with contractors, consultants, and direct clients to understand their project requirements and propose tailored furniture and interior finishing solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, educational, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and architects.
- Understand client technical requirements and present tailored interior and furniture solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Ensure seamless handover of secured projects to the project management team.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out, furniture, or construction materials sector in KSA.
- Strong technical understanding of interior finishes, furniture systems, and project execution.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
